Objectives

  • Fundamental scientific research projects.
  • Introducing a gender perspective in education.
  • Participation in women’s studies programs in the region/Europe/world.
  • Offering of various expert knowledge (packages of educational services intended for women’s organizations, bodies for the implementation of gender equality, parties).
  • Publishing (printing of scientific journals, books and women’s studies textbooks, development of specially oriented libraries).
  • To work on:
  • Education about women’s issues.
  • Promoting women’s studies programs at the university.
  • Researching female subjectivity, female history and culture, gender, power and knowledge.
  • The opening of new topics important for women (citizenship, the concept of a citizen, reproduction policy, etc.).
  • Affirming gender-aware politics from a critical feminist point of view.
  • Transformation of the social status of women with an emphasis on women’s rights.
  • Promoting and supporting women’s culture and women’s knowledge through research, publishing and public events.
  • Raising awareness of the historical, civilizational and anthropological values ​​of women.
  • Developing a culture of dialogue and a non-violent culture of living.

Research and results

  • #Za BITI+54 (#To BE+54) (2018-2019). To contribute to reduce the risk of social exclusion of women over 55 through their inclusion in reading activities, ethnographic and art workshops, stage participation and exhibitions.
