- To develop cutting-edge expertise in feminist theories and methods.
- To develop and maintain good networks in national and international gender research.
- To be a resource for UiT The Arctic University of Norway in its efforts to promote and support women’s and gender perspectives in research.
- To create an inspiring and inclusive research environment at the center.
